Delivery Days
We aim to process your online orders within 2-3 working days. For local deliveries, you can expect to receive your parcel within 2-5 working days, but please note that we don't deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. For global shipments, we process them within 1-3 working days, and they usually arrive within 5-7 working days.

Urgent Orders
We totally understand that sometimes you need your order in a hurry! While we do our best to handle urgent requests, we recommend allowing a window of 3-7 days for delivery just in case there are any unexpected delays.
International Deliveries
Currently, we ship to Singapore, but we’d love to hear from you if you’re located elsewhere! Just email us at info@therasential.com with your order list, and we’ll check shipping rates for your country. We’re happy to help!
Shipping Partners
We partner with various shipping services for Singapore. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with details of the courier and your tracking number.
If you prefer to arrange a self -arranged pickup using your own freight account, do let us know!
Damages
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the box before opening it, then check the contents for any damage. If you find any damaged items, snap some photos and reseal the box. Send us the pictures, and we’ll arrange a reverse pickup and send you replacements. Just remember to contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and keep all damaged items and packaging for return.
Delivery Delays
There may be slight delays during public holidays and festive seasons, and we truly appreciate your understanding during these exceptional periods.
Holiday Delays
While we’re open during some public holidays, our courier partners might not be. We’ll do our best to respond to you, but please note that parcels won't be picked up until after the holidays. Thank you for your patience!
Change of Address
Once your order has been shipped, we can’t change the mailing address. Please verify your mailing details to ensure they’re correct before completing your order.
Returns
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or exchanges exceptions to our return policy for items once they’ve been shipped, so please review your order carefully to make sure everything is just right before you confirm your payment.
International/Global Orders
For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, and fees for importation are the responsibility of the buyer. If these fees aren’t paid, the shipment may be destroyed, and we won’t be able to offer a refund in that case.
