Therapy Service

Our Therapy Service can optimize Your Performance with Therapeutic Massages and Sports Therapy.

Sports Massage

Sports massage offers significant benefits for athletes engaged in intensive training for races and competitions. Its primary objective is to maintain the body in an optimal condition, providing sustained advantages for athletes and active individuals across physical, physiological, and psychological dimensions, ultimately facilitating peak performance.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. It is particularly effective in alleviating chronic aches and pains associated with contracted areas, such as a stiff neck, upper back discomfort, lower back pain, muscle tightness in the legs, and soreness in the shoulders. The therapy employs deeper pressure focused on areas of tension and discomfort, helping to relieve accumulated tension throughout the body.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue (IASTM)
Soft-tissue injuries can affect muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia, resulting in pain, swelling, bruising, and impaired function. Instrumented Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) treatment facilitates the remodeling of scar tissue, allowing for better organization of cells to promote movement. Research has demonstrated the clinical benefits of IASTM, including improvements in range of motion, strength, and pain perception following treatment.
Clinical Massage

Lymphatic Massage
Following a sports injury or surgery, the lymphatic system may become overloaded. Lymphatic massage facilitates the drainage of trapped fluids from the affected swollen area, promoting fluid circulation. By alleviating congestion in muscle tissue, this therapy can reduce pain and discomfort, enhance healing, minimize inflammation, and support the body’s natural immune response. Additionally, lymphatic massage may provide benefits for individuals with fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome.

Sports Cupping
Sports cupping addresses soft tissue aches, pain, and muscle stiffness. This therapeutic approach aids in alleviating muscle spasms by mobilizing strained muscles, reducing pain associated with prolonged contractions, and enhancing muscle relaxation. Recovery is accelerated through the rapid movement of interstitial fluid, which promotes tissue healing and facilitates the clearance of cellular debris.

Clinical Massage
This approach utilizes specialized modalities specifically designed for the treatment of soft tissue to maintain, develop, enhance, or rehabilitate a patient's physical function. Manual therapy can improve joint and muscle function, facilitate the healing process, and support recovery from various injuries that may result in persistent pain, spasms, or frequent restrictions.
